Huna Surf & Supply Co. reserves the right to make changes to this web site and these terms and conditions at any time, without any prior notice.

Huna Surf & Supply Co. is the service provider; it is also referred to as 'HUNA' 'Huna Surf And Supply,' 'Hunasurfsupply,' 'us' and 'we.' Customer is the person or organisation who purchases or seeks services from Huna Surf & Supply Co., it is also referred to as 'you.'

AGREEMENT AND ORDER

The agreement is binding at the time you place an order. Huna Surf & Supply Co. processes the order after the payment has been received. Until then, Huna Surf & Supply Co. is the owner of the products. 

As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail that the payment has been accepted and an e-mail with the details of your order.

Pictures and specifications are for indication. All products are handmade and can therefore be slightly different. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it, but it cannot be a reason to submit a claim. 

It can occur that information on the site contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

 

PAYMENT AND PAYMENT METHODS

You can choose from multipul secure payment methods as: I-deal, PayPal, MasterCard, Maestro, VISA and American Express.

Please note that although the Websites have been carefully compiled, it is possible that the price information on our Websites contains errors. We reserve the right to cancel your purchase in the event of obvious errors.

All product prices are including VAT and excluding shipping costs. 

Credit card details such as credit card number, expiration date, etc., are automatically transferred via an encrypted and secure system to the payment provider, full credit card details are not visible. If you pay with Visa or Masterard there is extra protection through special verification methods (Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code).

Netherlands -

Free for purchases over €50,00. For purchases less than €50,00 delivery costs are €3,95.

Delivery times may take ± 1 working days.

 

Belgium -

Free for purchases over €75,00. For purchases less than €75,00 delivery costs are €9,00.

Delivery times may take ± 2 working days.

Europe Zone 1 - Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Sweden 

Free for purchases over €75,00. For purchases less than €75,00 delivery costs are €11,00.

Delivery times may take 3 to 5 working days.

Europe Zone 2 - Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Spain

Free for purchases over €75,00. For purchases less than €75,00 delivery costs are €12,00.

Delivery times may take 5 to 7 working days.

Europe Zone 3 - Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, 

Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic

Free for purchases over €120,00. For purchases less than €120,00 delivery costs are €16,00.

Delivery times may take 5 to 7 working days.

 

Orders placed on working days before 16:00 will be shipped the same day.

If you accidentally entered the wrong delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the address. When the courier service already  received your order and therefore additional costs apply are we not responsible for these additional shipping costs.

We always send your order as soon as possible after receive your payment. We always strive to deliver your order within the expected delivery time. When this is not possible for whatever reason (an item is temporarily out of stock or the courier service has a delay) we will let you know immediately. This can not be a reason to submit a claim. 

Huna Surf & Supply Co. is responsible for the order until delivery. After delivery, the responsibility is transferred to you.

Please note that the delivery times listed above are the expected delivery times. If the order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, it is not possible to submit a claim. We will always do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives on time.

If an item is out of stock it will state "Sold out". If you would like to buy a product that currently out of stock. Send us a email at Info@hunasurfsupply.com so we can notify you as soon as it is restocked.

TRIAL PERIOD

​We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. We recommend that you check the quality and the number of products within 30 days. If something is not right, send an e-mail to Info@hunasurfsupply.com If we are responsible for an incorrect or incorrect delivery of the product, we will provide you with a return label. These are additional shipping costs that are for the account of Huna Surf & Supply Co.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us at:

For a return, after contacting us. Send your returning item always back in the original sending bag, Include a note in your return package with your name and order number.

If you would like to exchange the size of an item please inform us of the clothing design and size that you would like to return and the size that you would like, once we receive your returned item it will be exchanged. This way we can reserve the purchases that we have to send.

The delivery costs for exchanges and returns will be the same as the original delivery costs.

To accept a return, the clothing items must be undamaged, unused and in original packaging with labels. Exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Delivery costs are not returned in any case.

Once we receive your exchange, the process will take up to 5 business days. If an item is returned, the money will be refunded to the same Account or Credit card in which the purchase was made. We will send an email confirmation when the credit has been returned.​

No refunds on past season items unless the product is damaged or faulty. Exchange cannot be guaranteed and is only possible if the desired size is still in stock. An online store credit will be offered if the past season item is returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Note: You will have to pay for the extra cost of shipping the goods. We strongly recommend that you do this by registered mail with track & trace. If the product is lost, it is not our responsibility.

 

​GUARANTEE

​After delivery, Huna Surf & Supply Co. gives a 3 months warranty on the quality of the product. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, please send us an email to Info@hunasurfsupply.com with a description of the problem and pictures of the items.

Huna Surf & Supply Co. will propose a suitable alternative. We will decide if we will repair the item, replace the item or refund your money.

In the case of a refund, the refund will take place within 14 days after verification. 

If we repair or replace the item, it can take up to 14 days.

The warranty is not applicable if the product has defects caused by improper use, or if you or others have made or attempted to make changes to the product, or if it has been used in a manner for which the item is not intended. 

Keep in mind that every product is made by hand, this makes every product unique. So none of the products is exactly the same.

SALES

It is not possible to use discount codes, personal discount codes on products that are on sale.​

No refunds on products purchased is sale unless the product is damaged or faulty. Exchange cannot be guaranteed and is only possible if the desired size is still in stock. An online store credit will be offered if the sales item is returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

​RETAIL PURCHASES

If you bought Huna products in a store the products are property of the relevant store. In case you have a complaint within the warranty time we advise you to contact the relevant store. A proof of purchase is required to handle your complaint.
